Un plat molt agradable per menjar aquests dies \u00e9s el salpic\u00f3, un plat lleuger al qual la senzillesa de la seva elaboraci\u00f3 i l\u2019harmonia de la vinagreta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i un xic de vinagre, acompanyada amb ceba tendre, pebrot escalivat, t\u00e0peres, ou dur i cogombre -tot ben picat- li aporta m\u00e0gia, delicadesa i color.<\/p>\n<p>De salpicons se\u2019n fan de molt diversos, tan de peix com de carn -i, a m\u00e9s, cada cuiner el fa a la seva manera- per\u00f2, de molt, els m\u00e9s c\u00e8lebres son els de marisc i, concretament, els de llagostins o els de llam\u00e0ntol. Si un \u00e9s distingit, l\u2019altre \u00e9s aristocr\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<p>El salpic\u00f3 s\u2019acostuma a menjar just tebi. Mai calent.
